What to wear

I prefer my clients to dress in their own individual style, I want to show who they are and produce photographs that are tailored to them. If you feel like you could use a little guidance here are some tips -

A Muted Tones palette is so very beautiful

1) These tones photograph well and reduces risk of clashing colours.

2) Oh so versatile! You can’t really go wrong - this sort of colour palette will work in all locations and do not date.

3) The neutral colours won’t cast an odd shade on your skin (like bright or neon colours often will).

4) Easy to mix & match!

All the items above were found at Zara and H&M which are a great first stop when looking for an outfit for your session. Remember to let your personality show through your outfit choice. If your child doesn't like wearing frills and dresses then don't make them.

Try stay away from

1) Neon colours.

2) Large logos, text or images.

3) Matching too closely.

How to get the best out of our family session

1) Feed and sleep! Make sure that your child is well fed and rested before the session.

2) Comfort. Don't dress your child in something that they hate - if they are unhappy it will show during the session.

3) Arrive 5 minutes early to get a feel for the location with the kids.
